Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") describes which cookie files the legka.by website (hereinafter — the "Site") uses, for what purposes, and how you can manage them. The operator of the Site is Legka LLC, Republic of Belarus (BIN [BIN], registered address: [registered address], director [director name]). The Site is hosted on servers located in the Republic of Belarus.

Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser or on your device when you visit the Site. On subsequent visits, the browser sends these files back to the Site, which allows it to work correctly, remember your settings, and collect aggregated visit statistics.

We use cookies for the following purposes:

• •ensuring the operation and security of the Site;

• •remembering your settings (for example, the selected interface language and your choice in the cookie banner);

• •collecting anonymized statistics about how visitors use the Site.

PRINCIPLE. Cookies are not used by us to identify you as a specific individual. Analytical data is collected in an anonymized (aggregated) form and serves to assess attendance and improve the Site, not to establish your identity.

By purpose, the cookies used on the Site fall into three categories:

• •(c) Analytical — allow collecting anonymized statistics about Site attendance using the Yandex Metrika web analytics service. These cookies are enabled ONLY after you click "Accept all" in the banner. If you have not done so, analytical cookies are not set.

We do NOT use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies (for displaying targeted advertising or tracking you on other sites).

By storage period, cookies are:

• •session (temporary) — exist only until the tab or browser is closed and are then automatically deleted;

• •persistent — stored on the device for a specified period (indicated below for each file) or until the moment you delete them manually.

Below is a list of the cookie files that the Site may set, indicating their purpose, type, and storage period:

• •NEXT_LOCALE — stores the selected interface language; strictly necessary; up to 1 year.

• •legka-cookie — stores your choice in the cookie banner (accept all / only necessary); functional; up to 1 year.

• •session technical cookies — maintaining the session and Site security; strictly necessary; session (until the browser is closed).

• •_ym_uid — visitor identifier for anonymized statistics (Yandex Metrika); analytical; up to 1 year.

• •_ym_d — date of the first visit (Yandex Metrika); analytical; up to 1 year.

• •_ym_isad — detection of the presence of an ad blocker (Yandex Metrika); analytical; about 2 days.

• •ymex — auxiliary Yandex Metrika data; analytical; up to 1 year.

On your first visit to the Site, you are shown a cookie banner with two options:

• •"Accept all" — in addition to strictly necessary and functional cookies, the analytical cookies of Yandex Metrika are enabled;

• •"Only necessary" — analytical cookies are not enabled; only strictly necessary and functional files operate.

Strictly necessary cookies are always set and are not disabled, since the Site cannot work without them. Your choice is stored in the legka-cookie file for up to 1 year; after this period expires, the banner is shown again, and you will be able to confirm or change your decision. You can also change your choice earlier — for example, by deleting the Site's cookies in your browser, after which the banner will appear again.

You can also manage cookies using your browser: view, restrict, block, and delete already stored files. The procedure is described in the help section of the browser you use, in particular:

• •Mozilla Firefox;

• •Google Chrome;

• •Safari;

• •Opera;

• •Microsoft Edge.

For session cookies, it is convenient to use private browsing mode (incognito): such files are automatically deleted after the window is closed. Please note that disabling or deleting individual cookies may affect the convenience of using the Site and the operation of some of its functions.

The legislation of the Republic of Belarus applies to this Policy. If there are versions of the Policy in different languages, the Russian-language version shall prevail.
