Refunds
Version 1.0 · 11 July 2026
1. General refund terms
This refund policy applies to the paid subscription to the Legka service (hereinafter — the Service), the rights holder of which is Legka LLC (Republic of Belarus; BIN [BIN], registered address: [registered address], director [director name]).
The Service may be used and a subscription may be purchased by persons who have reached the age of 18.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to the paid features of the Service is retained until the end of the paid (already commenced) period; upon its expiry, auto-renewal ceases and no further charges are made.
A subscription is a service provided and consumed during the paid period. No refund is made for a period that has already been used (actually provided).
A refund is made if the service was not provided or if it is impossible to use the Service due to technical reasons arising through the fault of the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to verify the circumstances of the request before deciding on a refund.
The applicable law is the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The Russian version of the document shall prevail.
2. Purchases in app stores (App Store / Google Play)
If the subscription was purchased inside the mobile application via the App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal and refunds are governed by the rules of the respective store. The operators of such payments are Apple Inc. and Google LLC.
Refunds for purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules and are processed through the respective store, not through Legka LLC.
To request a refund for such a purchase:
- •for purchases in the App Store — contact Apple support (for example, via reportaproblem.apple.com or the subscription management section in your device settings);
- •for purchases in Google Play — contact Google Play support (for example, via the "Payments and subscriptions" section or the store support page).
Legka LLC has no technical ability to initiate, expedite or decline a refund for purchases made in app stores. The terms and price of such purchases are determined by the respective store; the offer posted on the legka.by website does not apply to them.
3. Purchases on the legka.by website (bePaid)
If the subscription was arranged on the legka.by website, payment is made through the bePaid payment gateway (Republic of Belarus). The subscription price is 79.99 BYN per month (all applicable taxes included), with automatic monthly renewal and no free period.
To request a refund for a purchase made on the website, send a request to the email address support@legka.by and specify:
- •the email address (login) or other details of your account in the Service;
- •the date and amount of the payment, as well as any other transaction details available to you (for example, the payment identifier);
- •the reason for requesting the refund.
The period for reviewing a request is up to 15 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
If a positive decision is made, the refund is made using the same payment method by which the payment was made. The period for crediting the funds is determined by the rules of the bank and the payment system; Legka LLC does not influence this period and is not responsible for delays on the part of the bank or the payment system.
4. Claims procedure and consumer rights
Before applying to court, disputes related to payment and refunds are resolved through a claims (pre-trial) procedure.
Send your claim to the email address support@legka.by. In the claim, specify your account details, the payment details, the substance of your demand, and attach (if available) supporting documents. The period for reviewing a claim is up to 15 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
Submitting a claim through the claims procedure does not deprive you of the right to protect your interests by other means provided for by law.
Consumer rights established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, including the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of Consumer Rights", are retained in full and may not be limited by this document. Provisions of this policy that worsen the consumer's position compared to the law do not apply.
